Ravo Ravo Let us relish a traditional Parsi sweet dish, Ravo Print Ingredients 3 tbsp ghee 3 tbsp semolina 150 ml water 5 tbsp sugar 1 litre milk 125 ml cream 1⁄2 tsp sweet cardamom powder (elaichi) A pinch of grated nutmeg (jaifal) For decoration: 2 tbsp shredded almonds (badam) 2 tbsp raisins (kismis) 1⁄2 tsp ground cardamom Method Heat ghee in a pan. Add semolina. Saute for 1 minute. Pour in water and sugar. Stir continuously until thick. Pour milk and continue stirring until semolina thickens again. Pour in cream and reheat. Add spices.
