Ingredients
- 1⁄2 ripe avocado
- 2 cups cold milk
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon cardamom
Instructions
- 1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth consistency.
- 2. Add additional sugar as per taste.
- 3. Serve it cold.
