A New Graduate Degree Course to bridge the Skill Gap Shrimad Rajchandra Vidyapeeth has been actively launching new courses which aim to bridge the skill gap. As another step in this direction, it has become the first ever college in Gujarat to launch the Bachelor of Vocation (B.Voc.) – Industrial Management course, to offer a gateway to a dynamic career in industrial management. Designed with active inputs from different industries, the curriculum prioritises practical skills and entails mandatory internships as a part of the course. The course involves a 60:40 time split between practical learning and theoretical knowledge. Students will get an opportunity to earn while they learn as they go about gaining experience from different departments of an industry during the three-year course. The course will cover various elements of industrial management such as production, human resources, industrial database, supply chain, compliance and audit, enterprise resource planning, quality management, waste management and industrial automation and robotics. Memorandum of Understanding has been signed with leading companies such as Alkem Laboratories Ltd., Blue Star Ltd., Inject Care Parenterals Pvt. Ltd., Pacific Cyber Technology Pvt. Ltd., Swati Spentose Pvt. Ltd., Exemed Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. etc., who will support internships for the students as a part of the B.Voc. curriculum. The course will enhance employability and earning potential for the rural youth. Through such pioneering courses, Shrimad Rajchandra Vidyapeeth is pursuing an approach that creates leaders ready to navigate the complexities of modern industry with skill, integrity and innovation.
