Meditative Mornings (9:30 am - 10:00 am):
Make your mornings more meditative with meditations at LSC & on Zoom. Rejuvenate and go deeper towards realising your true self with a 30 minute meditation session following yoga. Meditations are conducted in English, open to all and free of charge. We encourage everyone to attend in person at the centre.
