Visitor’s Information
Parking
Visitors are kindly requested to leave parking spaces on Falconer Road for disabled visitors. The nearest public car park is on Kemp Place, WD23 1DW (4 minute walk from the Centre) Special parking guidance will be issued for larger events
Clothing
Tops must cover the shoulders, chest, navel, and upper arms. Leg-wear must be at least below knee-length Please remove footwear in racks provided before entering the Centre.
Filming & Photography
Private photography is prohibited in both Jin and Guru Mandirs.
Mobile Phones
Kindly ensure mobile phones remain off or silent whilst inside the Centre. Brief calls may only be taken in dedicated call zones.
Children
Children are welcome. However, visitors aged 13 or under must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
Animals
No animals are allowed within the Centre. Assistance dogs accompanying less abled visitors may be kept in the foyer, while visitors will be provided a personal guide to enjoy their visit. These visits should be pre-booked.
Smoking & Alcohol
Smoking and Alcohol is not allowed in the premises, including on the street outside.
Eating and Drinking
Food and drink can only be consumed in the Kitchen/Dining Areas External food may not be consumed on the premises unless granted specific permission from Management Even if not consumed, restricted non-Jain food or drink items may not be brought into the premises.
Menstrual Cycles
Ladies in their menstrual cycles may only enter the Jin and Guru Mandirs after 72 hours from the start of their cycle.
Neighbours
Please be considerate of our neighbours when entering and exiting the Centre in silence.
Copyrights
The Management may carry out photography, video recording and/or other monitoring that may feature visitors. The copyright and all other intellectual property rights in these materials rests with the Management or an authorised third party.
